Honor Margie’s
Life of Love!
Marjorie “Margie” Lenk Hollish, 88, started charming everyone in Heaven on Aug. 6, 2025.
In Margie’s memory and honor, her family is helping the Humane Society of Southern Arizona (HSSA) raise funds so homeless pets can receive medical care and find new, loving families. Our goal is to raise $5,000 and help 50 pets find families.
Margie was known for the thoughtful devotion, care, and love she showed to her vast network of friends and family. Her love extended to the animals in her life, including her devoted Bichon, Max, who was stuck to Margie’s side for more than a dozen years. Margie also loved the many grand-pets adopted by her daughters, Chris and Karen. One of them, Stanley, is an HSSA alum who provided great comfort to Margie and her family during the last days of her beautiful life.
Margie’s daughter Karen works for HSSA and will personally ensure the funds donated in Margie’s honor and memory make a positive difference in the lives of people and pets, just like Margie did.
