URGENT CALL TO FOSTER: MAMA AND 12 PUPPIES

This past Friday, 08/23, a very pregnant momma dog was brought into our care, and we knew she needed help immediately. That same night, she gave birth to an incredible 12 puppies in the home of one of our amazing foster volunteers. Now we urgently need more help to ensure this little family gets the care and attention they need. If you can help, please contact our foster care department at (520) 327-6088 EXT 148, or email them at foster@hssaz.org.

Here's How You Can Help

We are looking for a foster home that can take in this momma and her 12 puppies for the next 5-6 weeks. This is a critical time as the puppies need to be with their mother until they are old enough to start eating on their own. They need a champion who can take them all in right now and keep them together for the next six weeks. If that's you, call or email us today!

Once we get this mom and her puppies through these critical next six weeks, the family can transition into smaller groups to other foster homes.
If you can help foster a few puppies after the initial 6 weeks, we encourage you to reach out now.
